Description
This is a complete recording of the January 22nd, 1970 performance at The Syndrome in Chicago, from the US tour just before the release of “Fire and Water” in 1970, with a fairly good audience recording for the time. It reproduces the simple and heavy performance of the peak period with a realistic sound, including the songs from the three albums up to “Fire and Water” and covers. In particular, the live recordings of “Don’t Say You Love Me” and “My Brother Jake” are rare and therefore valuable. 01. Be My Friend /02. The Stealer /03. Woman /04. Ride On A Pony /05.
