Erykah Badu/Netherlands 2011

Erykah Badu reached a milestone with the release of New Amerykah Part One in 2008 and New Amerykah Part Two in 2010, and has since released mixtapes and collaborated with Erykah Badu, who is awaiting the release of her full album. From the Out My Mind, Just In Time Wold tour, which is the last tour for now, the live performance on July 27, 2011 at the sacred place Paradiso in the Netherlands is completely recorded with a wonderful and realistic audience recording. Perhaps influenced by her husband, Andre 3000 of Outkast, she plays covers of them, and also incorporates hip-hop such as J Dilla and Nas into her set, and sings the album’s single Window Seat and Didn’t Cha Know, which was also covered by Prince.
