Description
This disc is a collection of rare sessions from the mid to late 1980s, all recorded with the finest stereo soundboard. We use the original DAT master that we received directly from a major taper based in the UK, and all the treasured sound sources that even enthusiasts will love are recorded on the finest stereo soundboard. This is the same take that was originally included in the 4-disc set “RARE SESSIONS (Beano-108)” released in 2015, and is an excerpt from the late 80’s from a collection of takes centered on the 90’s. , is a highly enjoyable album recorded in chronological order. The beginning is a rare It’s My Life Baby session recorded in the soundtrack “Color Of Money” in a session with Big Town Playboys recorded in London in September 1986. You can enjoy a lively and dynamic performance that starts with a real voice count. Next is a live sound source that jumped into the Robert Cray Band’s gig at the London club “Me Fedler” in November 1986. Only Phone Booth was released in the supplementary sono sheet of the American music magazine “Guitar Player”, but this edition is the complete version of that stage. You can thoroughly enjoy the wonderful performance with the best sound. Next, you can enjoy the gorgeous performance when Clapton guested on Tina Turner’s show at London’s Wembley Arena on June 18, 1987 and played Tearing Us Apart with the best sound quality. Next up is a session with Davina McCall recorded at a London studio on June 15, 1988. Davina later became famous as a TV presenter, but at this time she was a 19-year-old student and was exploring her potential as a singer, although she was not successful in the end. Clapton was helping her as a boyfriend at the time, and this is a session from that time. Finally, on May 9, 1989, Clapton participated in a club gig with rockabilly king Carl Perkins at Bottom Line in New York, and this is also the best line recording. There are many things to listen to, and please enjoy plenty of Clapton’s hot performances typical of the 80s, which show accurate play in a variety of genres such as pop, swamp, and rockabilly, as well as blues, on the finest stereo soundboard.
