Description

A complete high-quality audience recording of the August 7th Oregon and Portland performances from the 2001 “Reptile” North American tour. First of all, from this tour, there is also an official live “One More Car, One More Rider” that recorded the performance at Staples Center in Los Angeles on August 18th, but it was the acoustic performance that later became a hot topic. – Guitar fans in particular were surprised that Gibson guitars were used throughout the song, except for the parts. Speaking of Clapton, Brownie, Blackie Shikari, and Strat are trademarks, and even though in 2001 he mainly used CRASH’s Painting Strat, here he mainly uses Les Paul Standard. , ES-335, L5, and the acoustic part is MARTIN 000-28EC. The set also started with a quiet acoustic set, with a best-of-best list coaxial with the official live album, and the moment the intro was played, the entire venue was filled with warm applause, with careful vocals and gentle guitar. “Tears In Heaven”, produced by Babyface, “Change The World”, which became a representative ballad of the 1990s, and “Layla”, which is sung with all its might with a familiar guitar phrase in the background, and then the ending song. A blissful two hours, including the number from “The Wizard of Oz,” with the relaxing guitar playing and the heartwarming clapping of the audience. This series of sets mainly uses the ES-335, and songs such as “Layla” use the Les Paul Standard, making for an interesting evening for guitar fans on 2 CDs. DISC 1 : 1.
