Description
Eric Clapton’s 1983 “Money and Cigarettes” North American tour at the Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York on July 3rd is now available as a complete 2-disc set from a high-quality audience recording master! The performance on the previous day, the 2nd, has been known for its superb sound quality, but the performance the following day is a new excavation sound source that has not been available until now. This is a highly recommended new excavation sound source as a valuable live performance of this period by Albert Lee’s guitar, Chris Stainton’s keyboard, Donald Duck Dunn’s bass and drums, and Jamie Oldaker’s ironclad rhythm section! ! In addition, as a bonus, all five songs performed at the charity concert held in London on June 5th of the same year are also added in full from high-quality audience recordings. DISC ONE 01.
