Description

Complete recording of May 19th and 22nd performances from the latest Royal Albert Hall performance in 2009 with the highest level of ultra-high quality audience recording. A must-have edition for collectors, recorded directly from the recorder’s original DAT master, which is not available even among traders. First of all, the performance on the 19th is a memorable concert that is Clapton’s 150th solo live at the Royal Albert Hall, and before the encore Crossroad, RAH’s manager will send a congratulatory speech. On this day, Everything’s Gonna Be Alright is being played instead of Before You Accuse Me. Clapton’s dramatic solo play in Old Love, I Shot the Sheriff in the first half of the show, Little Queen of Spades in the second half, and Cocaine is a must-see. The sound quality is recorded with the highest level of thick, spacious, and large-scale sound, and although it is RAH, there is almost no hall feeling, and you can enjoy the entire show with a stunning sound image full of direct feeling. The performance on the 22nd was an audience recording of the highest level with a mild atmosphere that is easy on the ears. The highlight is that Three Little Girls was played at the beginning of the acoustic part in the first half of the show. Eric’s daughters were watching from the side of the stage, and it was apparently played for them, but the performance of this song was extremely rare, and it must have been a big surprise for the British fans as well. (On that day, children at Cocaine also danced on the side of the stage, and it was said that Clapton could see the smiling face of Clapton playing with joy.) The acoustic part was performed on the 20th, the 4th day. Nobody Knows You When You’re Down And Out is being played instead of Lay Down Sally. A must-listen 4-CD set for fans that includes the commemorative RAH 150th show since 1987 and the latest RAH 3rd and 5th day performances in which the rare Three Little Girls were performed, completely recorded on master DAT with the highest level audience recording. is now in stock!
