Description

The live performance at the Sanitarias Stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina on April 5th was recorded almost completely from the radio broadcast master, as part of the South American tour that saw the band release “BLACK MOON” in 1993 and make a comeback. First of all, in the tense atmosphere, their performance was amazing, and they opened with “Tarkus” and “Knife Edge”, showing off an overwhelming performance as if they were unveiling their comeback as a trio. After that, they also took up songs from “BLACK MOON”, of course, and during Greg’s acoustic time, they moved the audience with the mellow “Lucky Man”, and the last song was a medley of “Fanfare For The Common Man”, “America”, and “Rondo”, a fitting ending for the rearranged set. By the way, this world tour marked the band’s first visit to Japan in 20 years, and it caused such a big stir at the time that a fierce ticket battle ensued. What’s great is that the set will be almost identical to that of the Japan performance. DISC 1: 01. Opening / 02. Tarkus / 03. Knife Edge / 04. Paper Blood / 05. Black Moon / 06. Piano Solo / 07.
