Description

A beautiful performance held in his home country of Germany by Weber, the great musician representing ECM, to announce the final album “Little Movements” by “Colors”, the only group from Weber’s heyday, formed with Reiner Brüninghaus and Charlie Mariano as the core. Too much live appears for the first time! ! Rainer Brüninghaus, Weber’s right-hand man and a piano/keyboard player who currently supports Jan Garbarek, has been active since the 1940s and is known for collaborating with Charles Mingus and others, and in the 1970s was a member of German progressive rock. Charlie Mariano, a saxophone/flute player who is famous for his participation in the group Embryo and his work in the jazz/rock genre, was the original drummer for Nucleus, led by Ian Carr, and has since focused on projects related to Soft Machine. On June 10, 1980, in Germany, Colors, led by Weber and led by John Marshall, who is said to be a set drummer with the world’s best stick skills and continues to be active until the release of the masterpiece “Little Movements”, which was the Colors’ final work, was held in Germany. A 2-disc set has arrived, complete recording of the live performance in Hamburg over 2 hours on a superbly high-quality stereo soundboard that has been carefully mastered by the label! !
