Description
Eberhard Weber, a great musician/bassist born in Germany who continues to work in music despite his poor health, is respected by many artists such as Pat Metheny and Kate Bush, and is a representative of ECM. After releasing his first leader album “The Colors” from ECM in 1973, he formed the legendary leader group “Colors” (with some anomalies!). This is a compilation of extremely rare and completely unreleased live performances held in Weber’s native Germany in 1974, 1977, and 1980, all on a superb high-quality stereo soundboard over the course of 80 minutes. This is the first time that you can get a bird’s-eye view of the history of “Colors”! 1Suite : / More Colors / Change of Place / Moana / Passions / Yellow Fields / The Colors of Cloe Eberhard Weber – B Rainer Brueninghaus – Key Brian – Miller – Key Ralf Huebner – Ds + 12 Cellists from the Berlin RSO Berliner Jazztage,Berlin,Germany November.2.1974 2 Seriously Deep 3.
