The master Don Pullen, who continues to be active in the 1990s, became popular as a tour member of Lenny Kravitz with his powerful and accurate drumming and funky and charming looks. After that, he participated in groups such as Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, and is currently a regular trio with Cindy Blackman, the wife of Carlos Santana and one of the world’s most skilled female drummers.
