The artists who performed at the event included STING, FOREIGNER, ROUGH CUTT, MAMA’S BOYS, and DIO, who was visiting Japan for the first time as a band, making for a more diverse lineup than last year. In this work, the stages of DIO, ROUGH CUTT, MAMA’S BOYS, and FOREIGNER are recorded in high quality (although it is a digest of less than 40 minutes) based on the TV broadcast material at the time.
