It was broadcast after “THE SOUL/PHILLY DOGS TOUR” ended, but at the time of recording, the tour was in full swing. You can see Bowie on the other side of the main press CD. The program shown in that quality starts with personality Dick Cavett introducing Bowie’s career. He was known to have been suffering from serious drug addiction during this period, and in this work he looks extremely thin.
