In 2024, AOR super project CWF (Bill Champlin/Joseph Williams/Peter Friestedt), who came to Japan for the first time in eight years, recorded a late show in Osaka on September 10th for 76 minutes from the digital audience master released by Taper. Since it was a small venue, it felt like you were listening to it right in front of you, and it included five songs from three original albums, Bill Champlin’s solo, and of course Toto numbers. Although it was a disappointment that Joseph Williams only appeared on three Toto songs, it was a nice memorial item for the past years to hear rare songs such as “Is It You?”, which Bill Champlin provided to Lee Ritenour.
