Description
This is a live recording of Cornell Dupree, the soul guitar master and groove master who was in demand from the 60’s to the 70’s from jazz to soul, from Aretha Franklin to Miles Davis. No matter what genre of music it was, the moment he played a rhythm on his guitar, soul stew would boil over. Dupree’s own sound source is quite rare. The sound quality itself is good because it is an audience recording, but it is not for beginners because it was a live performance in a diner with a relaxed atmosphere, and there are voices talking nearby.
