Description
The sound board sound source by radio broadcast of the Hong Kong performance from the 1982 Far East tour just before Topper left the group is now available with even better sound quality than Low Gene Master! The Far East tour started with the first and last Japan tour in January 1982, and the live concert held in Hong Kong on February 25th at the end of the tour was recorded on the same label as “HONG KONG GROOVE,” CLASH STRUT, ROCK N ROLL -Complete Edition-” is a standard sound source that has already been released, but a new low generation sound source has been obtained, and not only has the sound quality been improved, but the pitch deviation that occurred in some parts of the previously released version has also been improved in detail. Re-released as a revised upgrade decision board! It is a stereo soundboard recording that is almost monaural to the ear, and has a clearer sound quality with better high-frequency extension compared to the previously released version. It also includes interviews conducted backstage from the radio broadcast before the live performance. “Washington Bullets” includes a talk by a radio DJ and goes into a commercial, “Tommy Gun” is only in the second half, and “White Man In Hammersmith Palais” is completely recorded except for the part where the DJ’s announcement is included. Topper Headon’s new song “Know Your Rights,” which he was having trouble mixing at the time, “Wrong em Boyo,” an arrangement that features thrilling drums in the middle, and “Clampdown,” which starts with Joe’s improvisational a cappella song. It was a live show during a turbulent period in which he left after just three performances, and the highlights include “Charlie Don’t Surf,” which has an exquisite avant-garde arrangement that starts with a long improvisation on Mick’s guitar!
