Cheap Trick/California, USA 2015

A complete digital audience recording of Cheap Trick’s December 16th live performance at the Fox Performing Center in Riverside, California from their 2015 US tour, which was announced to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. Recorded. The live performance, which was reminiscent of the 2013 performance in Japan, started with the familiar “Hello There”, and then, among a parade of representative songs, “No Direction Home” from the album scheduled for release in 2016 was performed. They also performed new songs such as “Bang Zoom Crazy Hello” and showed off their active status. In addition to the drum playing by Rick’s son who is Barney’s replacement, Robin, Rick, and Tom’s wonderful performance that shows no age at all is a hard work typical of the original power pop that still shows no signs of slowing down.
