Aiming to fuse rock and jazz, they have released works using various techniques. Among the many progressive rock bands, Caravan, who was popular alongside Camel for their lyrical music, recorded a live performance at the Record Plant on October 15, 1974 on a soundboard! However, in the latter half of the same year, the New Wave movement arrived, and like other progressive rock bands, they shifted to a pop sound.
