Description
The best video produced by a core overseas enthusiast is set to be released. This work contains the “Cardiff performance on May 6, 2002”. It is a scene from the UK tour that took place in the spring of 2002. George Lisely, the current drummer of the Dylan band who joined in 2002, temporarily left the tour during the tour due to tendonitis, and Jim Keltner took over as drummer (although he is hardly seen in the video). The fan project “DVDylan” synchronizes the best quality audience recording with the best close shot given the video technology at the time. The rock number “Sold Rock” from the gospel era is very rare and one of the highlights. First of all, let’s imagine the concert position from the overview of the activities in 2002.・January 31st-March 4th: North America #1 (20 performances) ・April 5th-May 2nd: Europe (21 performances) ・May 4th-12th: UK (8 performances) ←★Here★《July 16th + 23rd: Studio Session》 ・August 2nd-September 1st: North America #2 (23 performances) ・October 4th-November 22nd: North America #3 (37 performances) This is the outline of “STILL ON THE ROAD 2002”. This year, 109 concerts were held, most of which were in North America. Europe was in the spring, and this Cardiff performance was the third show of the UK tour in May. There are various sound sources and videos left from this concert, but this work is not one of them, but a video work that a core maniac put together from a large number of materials and finished as the longest and best. In the case of such a concept, one would imagine a multi-camera specification with fierce angles switching, but it is not that type. The main angle/audio is limited to one each, and is supplemented with other materials. The key to this work is the splendor of the main angle. It is shot from the diagonal left side of the stage, but the image quality, zoom, and stability are amazing. I think it is probably near the front row of the second floor seats, but the stage is reflected in the screen so much that there is no room for the shadow of the front row, and Dylan himself is reflected. The beauty of the image and Dylan’s expression, as well as his fingertips and mouth, are clearly reflected. He stopped playing the guitar around 2003 the following year, but here the six guitar strings illuminated by the lights are shining neatly. It is so detailed that it is like a one-shot of a professional shot. However, it is a pity that this angle does not seem to have been shot seamlessly from the full show. So the other two types of images appear. This is also as wonderful as the main angle. Both are views from the right side of the stage, just like the main one, and at first glance you don’t notice that the angle has changed. The screen shots are especially wonderful. Although the texture of the scanning lines makes it clear that it is a screen, the angle is very similar, and the main shot is of professional shot quality, so there is no sense of incongruity at all. Even if these three types of superb images are used, they are not filled in between songs. In such a missing scene, the famous scenes of each shot are inserted as still images, so you can continue to stare at the show. The sound overlaid on such a scene is a one-shot recording that allows you to seamlessly enjoy the show no matter how the shots are switched. Not only is the synchronization with the screen excellent, but the sound itself is strangely wonderful. It is like a professional shot, with a thick core and a thick sound. And yet the modest cutting is vivid, and the subtleties of the singing voice are not missed. Although it is also absorbing hot cheers, Dylan’s show is not filled with fuss, and it is an extremely elegant one that allows you to immerse yourself in the feeling of “bathing on the spot” with the master’s guitar and singing voice. Bob Dylan is loved for each show, and his archive is extremely well-developed. This is a disc filled with the passion of a maniac who wants to “preserve this show in the best possible form!” Comes with an original menu.
