The documentary film “EAT THE DOCUMENT” that recorded Dylan’s UK tour in 1966 with The Hawks, the predecessor of The Band, has not yet been officially released and is known among fans as a phantom work, but the soundtrack is here in master quality, soundboard sound source. This CD is mainly made of the live parts of the documentary film during the biggest turning point of the transition from acoustic to electric, and it is very rare. In addition, the coupling DVD contains 52 minutes of “Eat the Document” along with outtake footage.
