Description
The best professional shots from the masterpiece “AGENTS OF FORTUNE” era will be released. This work contains “Land Rover performance on December 27, 1976”. First, let’s take a quick look back at the situation at that time. B.O.C. released the band’s first official live album “ON YOUR FEET OR ON YOUR KNEES” in February 1975, and continued to perform live with the release of “SECRET TREATIES”. After the tour ended at the end of January 1976, the band started production of their 4th album “AGENTS OF FORTUNE”. Then, the band resumed touring with the release of the album in May, and energetically circuited all over the United States, showing off a fulfilling live performance to fans until the following year, 1977. This work captures the peak of the 1976 tour with the best professional shot footage. The band is introduced by the opening announcement, which is familiar to fans, and the band’s appearance with the explosion of pyro is suddenly impressive. The multi-camera professional shots are of perfect quality in both image and sound, with sharp contours of the figures and vivid, natural colors. The contrast between the frontmen is also extremely clear when viewed on video, with Eric Bloom in a black leather jacket reminiscent of a New York biker, and Donald “Buck Dharma” Looser in a white suit exuding an intellectual mood, and the chaotic worldview presented by the band fills the screen. The two of them take the lead in playing groovy songs such as “Stairway To The Stars” and “Harvester Of Eyes,” and the band’s signature song, “Cities On Flame With Rock’N’Roll,” keep you glued to the beginning of the live show! In addition, the “SECRET TREATIES” part, which features three consecutive songs in medley format, “Me 262,” “Dominance And Submission,” and “Astronomy,” is the highlight of the first half. The dynamic “Me 262”, the exciting “Dominance And Submission”, the melodic and mysterious “Astronomy”, these songs are a condensed version of the band’s flavor. B.O.C. does not have a so-called “guitar hero” or “rock star”, but the ensemble that creates a unique worldview like no other with a strong sense of unity is undeniable. The heavy “E.T.I.” that unfolds in the middle of the live, the light “Buck’s Boogie”, and the flowing “This Ain’t The Summer Of Love” remind us of the band’s performance ability. “5 Guitar”, which is led by Joe Bouchard’s bass solo, is even more interesting when you watch it on video! It was hard to tell from the audio that the five members were playing guitar side by side, but I was surprised to see that they were doing this on stage! It’s the best live performance that you can feel in an instant, from the classic song of the time “Born To Be Wild” to “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper”, which is already a masterpiece. It’s of ironclad quality that would not be surprising if it was pressed, let alone released normally. This is the essence of B.O.C. in the mid-1970s. This is a must-see and must-have for all B.O.C. fans, presented with about 85 minutes of professional shots! Live at Capital Center, Landover, MD. USA 27th December 1976 PRO-SHOT 1. Introduction 2.
