Led by Scott Gorham, the band changed their name from THIN LIZZY to BLACK STAR RIDERS when they released their album, showing their respect for Phil Lynott, and have been active since 2012. In 2014, they finally came to Japan, and this 48-minute digital audience recording of their performance at Loud Park 17 at Saitama Super Arena on October 15, 2017, their first in three years, was recorded. Although it was a short festival set, they performed a good balance of songs from their 2014 album All Hell Breaks Loose and their second album Heavy Fire, and the only Thin Lizzy number was The Boys Are Back In Town, which seems to symbolize their current progress. 1.
