Description
This work is an audience album of “February 17, 2016 Kansas City Performance”. Its quality is filled with the brilliance of a “selected one.” To be honest, there have been a lot of releases so far, and I think there’s a bit of an oversupply, but it’s still a sound that can’t be ignored. The musical tones are extremely clear, the heavy bass sounds rich and undulating, and the edges of the riffs are as sharp as ever. The direct feeling of the vocals also far exceeds the common sense of audience recording. Until now, they have released only the best sound sources, and even the pinnacle “WINNIPEG 2016” has appeared, but as long as they are still releasing it, there is no point in introducing anything new based on quality alone. There is a taste that can only be found in this work, and a real thrill that can only be found in this work. It is a fierce “realism” and “on-site feeling”. The Guinness Class Audience CD “WINNIPEG 2016” sounded almost like a soundboard because of the unprecedented level of musical sound. “COMPLETE M.S.G. 2016″, which was released at the same time, gave us a taste of the spectacle because the cheers were far and wide. On the other hand, the cheers in this work are so close that you can feel the heat on your skin, the cheers as if you could touch them. When you write this, you might get the impression that the sound is like searching for music beyond a huge commotion, but that’s not the case. While the musical tones are thoroughly detailed and close, they are also filled with enthusiasm. In other words, the balance is like a matrix of audience recording on FM sound source. Moreover, since it is a 100% recording of a one-shot match that is not a matrix, there is no artificiality or obviousness. The cheers and chorus that erupt nearby are extremely vivid. The fun of live shows filled with such sounds! The previous masterpieces have been like “listening to the last Sabbath”, but this work is exactly the type of “experiencing a live performance”. Although the songs have been narrowed down compared to the early days of the tour, the sense of condensation has improved accordingly. “This is it!” songs start flowing one after another, and you’ll want to sing along to every song (even though it’s a 70s SABBATH song with no typical chorus). And since there are people in the audience who can feel that emotion and really sing, it’s harder to just listen in silence. Not only did we sing “War Pigs,” but we also sang “Snowblind,” “Iron Man,” and “Dirty Women”…I can’t tell you how many times we sang together (lol). This is the joy of a live album. This is the real thrill of audience albums! The ultimate ideal is to experience “THE END” in Japan. However, the situation remains uncertain as to whether this will come to fruition. That’s why we need a “trial board”. Why do we go to live concerts and listen to recordings even though we have studio albums with excellent sound at our fingertips? This is simply because I want to experience the fun, fun, and happiness. Depending on your tastes, some people may dislike noisy audiences. Therefore, no matter how ultra-high quality musical tones sound, this work will never be ranked as the “top recording”. However, the “real pleasure of live performance” that can be enjoyed precisely because of this surpasses all other hyper recordings. A two-disc set that condenses such fun and super clear sound. A super realistic experience album that lets you feel the temperature of the venue. For those of you who can’t wait for the real thrill, “THE END”. Live at Sprint Center, Kansas City, MI.
