It’s been a long time. Finally, finally, this time has come. It’s been about three years since “THE END” was announced… No, it’s been six years since the reunion press conference was held on November 11, 2011. Finally, the first superb full soundboard album is here. Of course, during these six years, there was “LIVE… GATHERED IN THEIR MASSES”. There was also “THE END: LIVE IN BIRMINGHAM”. However, these official products were only “works”, and they were replaced in the studio and mixed in the best possible way. It was not the “real Sabbath”. However, this work is the “real life”. BLACK SABBATH was strumming, singing, and breathing on stage. It is a leaked stereo soundboard that exposes their live performance without any processing. [Superb leaked stereo soundboard] This work contains the “September 19, 2016 Hollywood performance”. This is the first act of their final tour “THE END” that has already gone to eternal sleep. Currently, fans all over the world are excited about the long-awaited sound board leak, so some of you may have already heard it, but this work is a little different from the topic master. In fact, the master that is making a fuss on the Internet has one channel recorded with phase inversion, which makes the sound cancel each other out and makes it a fluffy and strangely distant sound. However, this work is a normal master without that phase inversion. This difference is overwhelming! Those who have listened to the online sound source will think that “it’s an exaggeration to say that it’s “super best” with that sound,” but the original sound is completely different. The clear and clear sound is a dimension that can never be reached by equalization or remastering. Those who have listened to the online public master will be surprised by the tremendous mutation, but this work is the “real sound”. Even so, why did the online public master have phase inversion?!?!? And while the quality is completely official, the “direct connection to the table” that is completely different from the official one is fully open. The guitar and bass roar like a rough rope, and even Ozzy’s breathing sounds are reproduced in his mind. Even Adam Wakeman’s keyboards and rhythm guitars, which are hard to hear, are vivid. The balance of the cheers is as if they are one kilometer away, and there is no sense of realism at the scene, but instead the sense of synchronization with the band is abnormally high. This is the first time we have seen such a vivid direct-connected sound board since the 2005 Greek performance of ROCKWAVE FESTIVAL 2005. It is literally an album that has been “completely integrated with SABBATH” for more than “once every 10 years” and has finally come around after one zodiac cycle. Iommi/Geezer’s stability is within the expected range, but what concerns me is the uncensored Ozzy. It’s been a long time since I’ve been taking it off, and in recent years I’ve been half-giving up, thinking that it’s inevitable to be exhausted… but this show is really, really wonderful! It’s stable and stretches well. Although the final “Children Of The Grave” is the last minute, it also holds up on the difficult songs “Snowblind” and “Dirty Women” which are the default. It’s nice to be able to hear the best soundboard, but it’s a great performance. I was worried because there was no audience recording for this show, but it’s decided to be one of the best “THE END” without question! In addition, this work also includes the sound check on the day. There were several sound checks at “THE END”, but they were all audience recordings of VIP ticket customers. However, this work is the same superb soundboard recording as the main live. In fact, this is extremely rare even in the history of BLACK SABBATH beyond the Ozzy period. It’s truly a great excavation of the century. Moreover, the contents are super real and wonderful. The MC who welcomes the VIP ticket customers introduces the members (it’s funny like pro wrestling) while the instrument team checks each one. Adam plays “Mr. Crowley”, jams “Symptom Of The Universe” with the band, and even performs “Sweet Leaf” which is not performed in the main live show. And the great Ozzy also appears. He also plays “Iron Man” with a song. Anyway, this is Ozzy Sabbath’s first full soundboard in 12 years. This is the only one of the “last BLACK SABBATH” that restarted in 2011 and ended in 2017. However, what was packed there was the preciousness and the superb quality and great performance that blew it away (I’m sorry, but you should not underestimate this soundboard as a master of the net). Not only is it the best masterpiece of “THE END” without question, but it also has plenty of real life and synchronization that you can’t get from an official live work. Now that BLACK SABBATH has gone to sleep, you may not be able to find such a soundboard anymore.
