Since the start of the tour in January of this year, there have been many “abnormal situations”, but the “abnormalities” have continued so long that it seems like things will become “normal.” Even though we have carefully selected them, we have also reported on 12 performances: 7 performances in North America, 1 performance in Oceania, and 4 performances in Europe. Of course, the reason we have been able to continue like this is because of the enthusiasts who purchase our products. And that’s because the quality of the products lived up to their expectations. This work is the latest work of “THE END”. This is an audience recording of the 13th live album “Dessel performance on June 17, 2016” which is a lucky number for BLACK SABBATH. This day is GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2016, a huge festival in the heavy metal world. As I mentioned in the commentary for “DOWNLOAD 2016,” “outdoor festival” used to be synonymous with bad recordings, but in modern times it has become a word that guarantees the quality of great recordings. To sum up its advantages in a very simple way, “Advances in PA have produced extremely strong sound even outdoors.” “Because it’s a festival with plenty of funds, the PA is even better.” “Unlike indoors, there is no reverberation.” “PA towers far from the stage.” “If you record from the stage, the surrounding audience will be quiet,” “On the other hand, you can record the excitement near the stage as a long-distance spectacle,” etc. Of course, the recording has to grasp these virtues and aim for them exactly, but this work is a sample sound. “DOWNLOAD 2016” was full of similar good points, but the huge difference from this work is the weather. In “DOWNLOAD 2016”, it started raining during BLACK SABBATH’s performance, and the raindrops hit the microphone directly. As a result, a sound similar to analog scratch noise was recorded. However, in this work, perhaps because the scene was sunny, there is no such noise. It is a recording that allows you to taste the delicious taste of the “outdoor festival”. Even more different is Ozzy Osbourne’s throat. “DOWNLOAD 2016” had rough vocals that were noticeable, perhaps because the enthusiasm of being the biggest festival in the UK was in vain, but this work is in very good condition. Overall, it may not be as great as “LATVIA 2016” that I introduced the other day, but it seems like a different person from Ozzy, who is said to be “tattered by default” these days. He was able to sing “Snowblind”, which has the most difficult high notes, and (somehow) even manage to sing “Iron Man”, which is the most difficult song at the end. “Dirty Women” fell apart even in “LATVIA 2016”, which was at its best, but in this work it is so good that you can listen to it with confidence. “THE END” is the last tour that we have been constantly reporting on.
