The long-awaited release of the first 50th anniversary collector’s edition of The Beatles’ masterpiece “White Album” “Alternates Collection”! The CD includes an alternate album, a compilation of different mix sound sources with the latest remixes and remasters. DVD 1 includes a video album that visualizes all songs from the album with the latest original editing. The label has been releasing 50th anniversary collector’s edition albums, but it has been decided that the “White Album” will be made into a series with each theme. The first of these is the “Alternates Collection”. The 2-CD set is an alternate album with the latest edited remixes and remasters from 2018, and includes not only demos and studio outtakes that are familiar from the past, but also intros, endings, studio chats, and other mixes from the longest existing version and multi-tracks. Contains all songs on the album, including the sound sources, in officially unrecorded versions. And, like the previous series, DVD 1 includes a video album that visualizes all the album songs with the latest original editing unique to the label. The songs are based on footage carefully selected from a large number of materials, including valuable recorded footage of the pilgrimage to Rishikesh in India, where many of the recorded songs were born, news footage from around the world such as those related to Apple Records, private videos, and unreleased footage. All songs from the album have been made into videos to match the concept. Based on the latest excavated footage, it is a must-see to see the improvement in quality compared to the many videos in the past with poor image quality.
