Description
From the 1995 US tour with Robert Hart, who was even called the second coming of Paul Rodgers, the performance in Louisville on August 26th was recorded in official quality, stereo soundboard sound source from “SUPERSTAR CONCERT” from the famous FM station WESTWOOD ONE. Moreover, it was not an air check or transcription sound source, but recorded from the master CD before broadcast. Although there were studio albums from this period such as “COMPANY OF STRANGERS” and “Stories Told & Untold”, there were no live albums, so this title is exactly what you would call a half-official quality. And anyway, Robert Hart’s Rodgers performance was amazing, and the singing and playing, which seemed to reproduce 70’s British blues rock, made it seem like Bad Cannon had revived in its heyday. As a bonus, three official rare tracks are also included. The album is 78 minutes long and includes edited versions of “Abandoned And Alone” and “Down And Dirty,” which were included on promo singles from the “COMPANY OF STRANGERS” era, as well as an acoustic version of “You’re The Only Reason,” and of course plenty of Mick Ralphs’ bluesy guitar. 1.
