Description
This release features a complete 1 hour and 42-minute recording of the May 16, 1976, concert in Inglewood, California—part of the North American tour supporting their third album, *Run With the Pack*. The recording is sourced from the original audience master tape made by the legendary taper Barry Goldstein—a renowned figure who was close friends with the famous Mike Millard. Because the audio was digitized directly from Goldstein’s personal master tape, sections that were previously cut in earlier circulating versions have been fully restored, allowing this legendary performance to be heard in the best possible quality. What makes this show truly legendary is the setlist: the band was in fine form, performing seven songs from the new album alongside tracks from their first two releases. Then came the encore—just as it seemed they were wrapping up with Muddy Waters’ “I Just Want To Make Love To You,” an incredible surprise occurred: Jimmy Page and Robert Plant appeared on stage to perform the song with the band. This release is a rare gem that captures that historic moment in pristine quality. Live at The Forum, Inglewood, CA, USA – May 16, 1976. Disc 1: 1. Introduction 2. Live For The Music 3.
