Average White Band/Italy 1980

The original Pick Up The Peace by Candy Dulfer is a rare live audience recording of the Average White Band. It is an opening performance for Stephen Stills and Pino Daniele. They released the album Feel No Fret in 1979, Shine in 1980, and the disco hit Let’s Go Round Again, but this was a period when they were not well received. The songs played here, except for What’cha Gonna Do For Me sung by Chaka Khan, are all songs that were not played in the hit medleys after the band was reunited, so core AWB fans will want to hear the live arrangements of the rare songs.
