Description
Here is a precious live performance by the Another Wilburys, which could be considered another side unit of the Traveling Wilburys, a masked band formed by George Harrison and Bob Dylan in the late 1980s. This was a live performance in Los Angeles on February 19, 1987, with Taj Mahal, John Fogerty, Jesse Ed Davis and others participating instead of Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne and Roy Orbison. This precious live recording includes a number of R&R standard numbers, soul covers, and even John Fogerty’s version of CCR’s “Proud Mary”, all recorded with soundboard recordings from the radio on-air master.
