Description
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the band’s formation and the 20th anniversary of its appearance at the Beacon Theater, the Allman Brothers Band performed with a variety of guests every day. From the 2009 Beacon Theater consecutive performances, the performances on March 19th and 20th, where Clapton participated as a guest, are recorded on each disc. Allman’s numbers, which show his presence everywhere while being a guest performer, and the Dominos numbers where he stands at the front, have a synergistic effect with Derek Trucks’ play, and the performance is different from his own tour. Everything is worth listening to, but “Memories of Elizabeth Reed” is especially a must-listen! This title contains the highest quality stereo line recording of the historic co-starring stage, which was a big topic at the time.
