Description

Alexander O’Neill is the former vocalist of Flight Time. Prince’s Crane’s Voice was too dark, so Maurice Dee became the vocalist, and the name was changed to The Time. Since then, Alexander O’Neal has been a hit with the production of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, and a soundboard recording of his live performance at the Apollo Theater in 1987, which can be said to be his heyday, has been recorded. There are only 5 songs, but you can hear a particularly nice performance of Fake from the blockbuster album Hearsay, and there is also a duet of Never Know Love Like This with Sheler, which was also produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, and is a key performance from this time. It is a must-listen item as it covers all the songs. 1987 Harlem NY @ Apollo Theater 1.Intro 2.Hearsay 3.Criticize 4.What’s Missing 5.Never Know Love Like This (w/Cherlelle) 6.Fake
