Description
1981 was the heyday of Adam the Ants, who wore make-up in pirate fashion designed by Vivienne Westwood, took the world by storm with their unique jungle beats, and created the New Romantic movement in the early 1980s. From the US club circuit, the gig at The Roxy in Hollywood on April 13th is almost completely recorded with the soundboard sound source from FM On Air Master. He performed almost all the songs from “Dark Wears White Sox” and the second album “Adam’s Kingdom”, which became a record hit in the UK, and has never released a full live sound source from this peak period. There was no such thing, so this collector’s edition is a must-listen for fans of the past. Live at The Roxy, West Hollywood, CA, USA 13th April 1981 : soundboard recording 01. Prelude / 02.
