Most of it is the first half, which is often performed at festivals, and the second half, which is the true essence of a full live performance that everyone is interested in, is very well captured. Left & Right is similar to Voodoo Tour, but has a funkier arrangement with cutting. Good To Your Earhoul comes in at the same time. Chicken Grease is very rude as D’Angelo leans on Jesse’s shoulder, and there are parts of Princey all over the place, such as touching the audience in front of him like Prince and turning it over with his own hand, and saying “thank you, gunnai” and then immediately starting to play again. Still, Jesse and D’Angelo are really close, and Jesse often tells D’Angelo something. The last song, Untitled, has each member putting their hat back on, and even Jesse’s hat comes off and falls off, so he picks it up and goes home, thinking it’s D’Angelo’s to wear. At the end, Pino plays the bass with D’Angelo’s quiet accompaniment, shakes hands, and heads home. From there, D’Angelo’s short but mature play of piano and vocals doesn’t even make a sound. The bonus is the SNL performance that announced the revival to the whole world. Check out “The Charede” with strings and other songs that are more detailed than the live performance, and D’Angelo looks nervous and a little overweight. However, D’Angelo’s spirit at the end was amazing. Anyway, I want to see all of D’Angelo’s live shows this year, and he has been putting on such a fulfilling stage every time. In addition, bonus footage includes footage from the release of the previous album “Voodoo”, excavated live footage from 2000, and footage from the July 16th “North Sea Jazz Festival”. Although it is an audience shot, it is a powerful video with very good images and sound. For the past 15 years, D’Angelo is still D’Angelo.
