Description
This CD release captures the final performance of the 2026 Japan tour—held at Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo on June 5th—in its entirety, utilizing a multi-stereo IEM matrix recording. Produced by a highly acclaimed label, the audio features a masterfully balanced mix of the stereo IEM sources used by the band members on stage (each with unique mix balances) and a digital audience source. The result is exceptional separation and resolution, with keyboards and guitar perfectly panned to the left and right channels and Boz’s vocals centered—all while remaining virtually free of the click tracks or guide cues often found in IEM recordings. On this final night, the setlist—a career-spanning “best-of” collection anchored by seven tracks from *Silk Degrees*—featured specific “rotating” slots for the second and third songs of the show; for this performance, the band selected “Jojo” and “The Feeling Is Gone.” Another rotating element occurred during the second encore; while some shows had only a single encore or just one song, this night saw the performance of both “You Never Can Tell” and “Georgia,” resulting in the highest total song count of the entire tour. This is a Japan-exclusive memorial item that recreates a fittingly spectacular final night with quality rivaling that of an official bootleg release.
