This release couples two shows from the 2000 North American tour of the “KISS FAREWELL Tour,” the final tour featuring all four original members: the September 12th Clarkston show and the March 11th Phoenix show, both presented in the highest quality pro-shot footage ever. Disc 1, featuring the Clarkston show, boasts a quality far superior to previous releases. While some tracks, such as “Shout It Out Loud,” are incomplete, and it’s still footage intended for live screens, the master’s clarity has been dramatically improved, and the audio is clear, sourced directly from the stereo soundboard. Disc 2 features footage from a VH-1 TV program that covered the Phoenix show, the first day of the tour. Reporter is none other than Ted Nugent, and the program offers a variety of content, including not only the live performance but also backstage interviews and a mini-segment summarizing KISS history. This disc also uses a significantly higher quality video master than before, making it a must-see 1 hour and 34 minute recording of the “FAREWELL Tour” with all four original members. Disc 1 : 1.
