Description
This is a beautifully sounding two-disc live recording of a St. Louis performance on November 9, 1992, from the world tour accompanying the release of the globally successful album “Paint the World,” which was rebroadcast on FM radio. I’ve heard that this live performance was previously broadcast in a heavily edited, shorter version, and a title containing that audio was released, but this recording includes Mike Miller’s guitar solos and other parts that were cut from the previous broadcast. Furthermore, this is the first live recording featuring Mike Miller since the Warsaw performance in 1994. This was a period when he was also working on an acoustic project, and his virtuosic playing, which fully embraced the GRP-style electric sound, was made possible by the support of talented members. In particular, the playing of Eric Marienthal and Mike Miller, which can be heard throughout, is breathtaking, and you can also enjoy the solid style of Gary Novak and Jimmy Earl, who are highly trusted by many musicians.
