The first volume of the “The Virgin Tour” live anthology, “First Virgin,” features complete stereo soundboard recordings of two concerts: the April 15, 1985 performance in Portland, Oregon, and the April 28, 1985 performance at the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles, California. The Portland performance, following the tour opening Seattle show, is noteworthy for its early-tour content, with differences in MCs and concert progression, and includes two bonus tracks: “Dress You Up” and “Lucky Star.” The Los Angeles Universal Amphitheater performance is also a complete recording with the latest remastered audio, and includes two bonus tracks from a rehearsal at the same venue: “Burning Up” and “Borderline.” CD1 LIVE IN PORTLAND : April 15th 1985 01.
