Description
“LIVE IN TORONTO,” the first video release from the band’s early trio days, was officially released on VHS at the time, but has remained out of print ever since, never being released on DVD. This title, however, uses the best master copy to directly digitize the original, capturing 52 minutes of this precious early live performance in official quality. The footage was taken on May 12, 1982, during their North American tour in Toronto, Canada. Incidentally, this performance took place just two days before Eddie Clarke’s last live show, truly capturing the very end of the golden trio. Although “Ace of Spades” is not included, the inclusion of tracks from “Iron First” such as “Heart of Stone,” “America,” “(I Don’t Need) Religion,” and “(Don’t Let Them) Grind Ya Down” delivers the same level of explosive energy as “No Sleep ‘Til Hammersmith,” and as a bonus, the masterpiece collaboration with Wendy, “No Class,” is included in master quality. This is a must-have item for fans who believe that Motörhead in this trio is at its best. 1. Intro 2. Overkill 3. Heart Of Stone 4. Shoot You In The Back 5. The Hammer 6. Jailbait 7. America 8.
