This full 1 hour and 54 minute recording captures the band’s performance at the annual Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland on July 5th, during a break in their Euro tour following the release of “HAIL TO THE THIEF.” While this was a broadcast recording and has been available for some time, it has now been released on CD using a recently discovered best-of master, ensuring a completely official quality. Featuring 11 tracks from the album and many selections from “KID A” and “THE BENDS,” this set is truly unique to this period. Tracks like “Scatterbrain” and “Backdrifts” from “HAIL TO THE THIEF” are especially featured on this tour. The following month, the band also performed at Summer Sonic twice in Japan, reminiscent of their performances, making this a must-listen for fans of the era.
