Description
This 1 hour 38 minute recording captures the November 1st Los Angeles performance from the North American tour accompanying the release of his 1990 solo album “MANIC NIRVANA” using the original audience master by Marco Mohr, a legendary California taper active from the mid-’80s to early ’90s, roughly the same time as Mike Millard. Recorded from an original master owned by this legendary California taper, who was active from the mid-’80s to early ’90s, this recording has never been traded before. Recently, a renowned collector has unearthed these precious live recordings, reviving them from high-quality tape recordings. The audio quality here surpasses even that of Millard, so much so that listening to it normally feels like a soundboard. Not only are there few recordings from this tour, but from the middle of the tour, ZEP tracks like “Wearing and Tearing” were cut back and more tracks from the album were added. “Living, Loving Maid,” a highlight of the limited ZEP repertoire, is still included, making this a must-listen for fans.
