Description

Finally, the long-awaited CD release features exclusive in-ear monitor recordings from Paul’s latest “GOT BACK” tour, covering two shows in Atlanta, plus the second-day sound check! This time, it’s presented in stunning, official soundboard-quality quality, featuring a matrix of IEM and AUD recordings remixed using cutting-edge AI technology! While the video footage of this year’s “GOT BACK” tour is plentiful on YouTube, as is typical of 2025, the audio quality has been lacking, leaving many enthusiasts frustrated. Now, with ultra-clear in-ear monitor recordings, two days of the show are finally here. What’s more, the audio is from the Atlanta show, which has never been released on CD, and even the sound check can be enjoyed with the same superb soundboard quality, making it the ultimate luxury. And what’s most exciting for enthusiasts is that the opening live performance, starting with “Help!”, the tour’s highlight, can finally be enjoyed in perfect sound quality. This time, rather than using the IEM sound source as is, our engineers, who have been acclaimed for their work on numerous Oasis-related titles this year, have performed AI-separated remixing and matrixing with audience recordings (also proprietary). This completely eliminates the imbalance and flat, bland texture typical of in-ear monitors, resulting in a level of perfection that is practically like a stereo soundboard recording. Paul and the band members’ performances are recorded with such clarity, the stereo separation is excellent. If the ambient cheering sounds were added, it would be possible to release it as an official live album. The clarity is so high that it will shock not only enthusiasts but also beginners alike. The opportunity to enjoy the highly anticipated opening track “Help!” in the highest quality is simply captivating. Not only is the impact of Paul’s vocals striking, but the band’s performance, faithfully recreating the atmosphere of the Beatles 60 years ago, is also conveyed with such clarity. Furthermore, “Coming Up,” a longtime soundcheck staple, returns to the live show for the first time in a while, and the addition of horns leads into “Peter Gunn,” creating an exciting arrangement that truly feels worthy of a return to the main program. The even more vivid horn section sound in the following “Got to Get You Into My Life” and even the twin leads in the intro to “Drive My Car” are clearly audible thanks to the clear IEM sound source. While artists of his generation tend to avoid back-to-back shows due to physical limitations, Paul is still amazed at his agility, even at over 80, allowing him to continue performing consecutive shows. In fact, this in-ear monitor recording reveals another surprising fact: Paul’s voice sounded significantly better on the second day than on the first, a fact unique to this recording. Considering Paul’s current age, it’s only natural that the first day’s songs, up to “Letting Go,” would have a relaxed feel, but on the second day, Paul’s voice was at full throttle from the very beginning, which was surprising once again. With each new tour, his determination to stay active for as long as his body allows is strongly felt, and listening to this ultra-clear recording, I’m once again overwhelmed by his enthusiastic state. His enthusiasm is also clearly evident in his current Beatle repertoire, including last year’s “Now And Then” and this year’s “Help!”. Especially with the former, Paul seems to sing with more confidence than last year, which is something unique to this recording. And the sound quality of the sound check on the second day in Atlanta, captured after the two live shows, is spectacular. It’s no exaggeration to say that this is an official-level stereo soundboard, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed sound check of a series of rare numbers. With the appearance of “Help!”, they have been demoted to sound check personnel (lol), and perform Beatle repertoire such as “A Hard Day’s Night” and “From Me To You,” as well as the now-nostalgic “Temporary Secretary,” all of which are fascinating performances of repertoire that is no longer performed in live shows. This is an exclusive and shocking release that allows you to enjoy the latest tour with the highest sound quality as soon as possible, with a stereo soundboard feel.
