The original IEM audio source intercepted at the venue was expertly mixed with the digital audience source to create an IEM matrix, perfectly capturing the atmosphere of the venue. The hybrid sound, with only a few click guides remaining, perfectly captures the atmosphere of the venue, recreating the day’s performance in soundboard quality. Furthermore, the digital camera footage on the DVD was recorded from a 4K master, resulting in a stable, high-quality shot with virtually no obstructions. Furthermore, the audio is synchronized with the CD’s multi-IEM matrix source, making the quality of the audio and other footage second to none on YouTube. And of course, the Greatest Hits Live performance featured a parade of iconic 70s numbers from their debut album to “DREAM POLICE,” as well as “The Flame” from their 80s comeback album “LAP OF LUXURY,” and even a new track, “Twelve Gates,” from their upcoming October album “ALL WASHED UP.” While the set was identical to their Osaka performance, it was inevitable that this would be their final Japanese performance, nearly 50 years after the smash hit “AT BUDOKAN,” making this a deeply moving, Japan-exclusive memorial for fans.
