This release features a complete recording of their one-night Japan tour, September 3rd, at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo, recorded using a multi-stereo IEM matrix sound source. The stereo IEM sources used by the band members onstage and the digital audience sources were mixed in perfect balance to create a multi-IEM matrix, recreating the event at soundboard level with a hybrid sound that fully captures the atmosphere of the venue, albeit with some click guides. This one-off special performance was part of an exclusive show on the “30th Anniversary of the Iconic Debut Album” arena tour, which drew tens of thousands of people to Denmark in November of the previous year, making it the band’s largest Japan tour since their debut in 1995. Just like in Denmark, the band recorded the highest sales in the history of rock albums, and they will be performing every song from their first album, which is immensely popular in Japan, as well as playing key numbers from other albums, making this a Japan-exclusive memorial item that perfectly recreates a truly special night.
