From the first leg of Queen’s 1977 American tour, the performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 5th is released for the first time as a two-disc set with a high-quality audience recording master! The 1977 MSG performance was also held on the second leg, but this was before the release of “News of the World” and the set list was up to “A Great Race”. Unfortunately, the recording of a few songs from the opening is incomplete, but this is a notable live performance that can be called a collector’s sound source that cannot be overlooked as a valuable record of the transitional period from early Queen!
