Description
WHITESNAKE is rumored to be rescheduling their once-postponed performance in Japan. The super best professional shot is born from their latest tour. This work was filmed at the “Rio de Janeiro performance on September 28, 2019.” This is a multi-camera professional shot taken when he appeared at the huge festival “ROCK IN RIO” in South America. Currently, videos of various artists/bands are making the rounds, and this work will be released simultaneously with BON JOVI’s “Shades 1099” as the first of them. This show is also the last of the dates scheduled for 2019. First, let’s check the show’s position from the overall picture of “FLESH & BLOOD WORLD TOUR”. ・April 12th – May 8th: North America #1 (18 performances) [“FLESH & BLOOD” released on May 10th] ・May 10th – 18th: North America #2 (6 performances) ・June 12th Sunday – July 17th: Europe (19 performances) September 18th – October 10th: South America (9 performances) ←★Here★ ×October 21st – 31st: Japan [Postponed] This is what has been announced so far schedule. A performance in Japan was scheduled for late October, but was postponed due to “the band’s unavoidable scheduling conflicts.” It doesn’t seem like the bookings were duplicated with other countries, though… In any case, the “ROCK IN RIO” performance of this work was the fifth concert of the final “South American” leg. This work, which records such a show, is truly a superb multi-camera professional shot. The image quality, sound quality, and camera work are all completely official. As a matter of fact, these pro shots are now starting to be distributed all over the internet, but most of them have frequent video and sound cutouts. Unlike those, this work is the best master that allows you to enjoy the entire story seamlessly. The show drawn with that quality is so wonderful that it makes you look forward to the postponed performance in Japan. It is a shame that it is a short set for festivals compared to the “FLESH & BLOOD TOUR” titles that we have introduced so far, but there is a concentration of essential famous songs. Let’s organize the contents here. ●SLIDE IT IN (3 songs)・Slide It In/Love Ain’t No Stranger/Slow an’ Easy ●SERPENS ALBUS (4 songs)・Bad Boys/Is This Love/Here I Go Again/Still of the Night ●FLESH & BLOOD (2 songs) ・Hey You (You Make Me Rock)/Trouble Is Your Middle Name ●Others ・Burn [BURN] …and it looks like this. Most of the songs deleted from the single full set are new songs, and the special songs “SLIDE IT IN” and “SERPENS ALBUS” are retained. The delicious point is that it’s not just shaved, but also has “Burn” added. And even more than that set is the performance. It may seem surprising since they have been releasing official live footage frequently in recent years, but it’s been a while since we’ve seen a professional shot of them. David Coverdale is a person who likes to make various changes to official works, but “ROCK IN RIO” is uncensored because it is only live streaming. Because it is the on-site sound, Coverdale’s roar, which is full of emotion, is incredibly powerful, and you can fully enjoy the vividness of a truly live performance. Particularly cool is the American Twin of Reb Beach and Joel Hoekstra. I have always thought that this is the highest level of compatibility in history, but it intertwines beautifully with the super best stereo sound board. The sharpness of the riff, the brilliant twin harmony solo, and the technical yet musical arrangements that complement each other are truly spectacular. Of course, Michael Devin, who also plays an active role in the chorus, and Tommy Aldrich, who performs bare-handed drum solos, are also alive and well. Although it is difficult to hear Michele Luppi’s beautiful voice due to the mix, you can clearly see her success as a keyboardist. Although such “ROCK IN RIO” is the best, this work additionally includes an even more delicious live performance. This is a multi-camera pro shot of “DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL” held at Donington on June 14, 2019. This program itself is a digest broadcast, so there are only three songs: “Is This Love,” “Trouble Is Your Middle Name,” and “Hey You (You Make Me Rock),” but you can still enjoy it in full official quality. This is a super-excellent video work that allows you to enjoy the latest tour “FLESH & BLOOD TOUR” with official professional shots. A full show in front of a large audience in South America who were humming the lyrics to their new songs, and three bonus songs at the biggest festival in their home country, England. It’s a perfect piece to wait for the re-decision of the Japan performance. Live at Parque Olimpico, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 28th September 2019 PRO-SHOT (74:38) 1. Intro 2. Bad Boys 3. Slide It In 4.
