Imelda May, who gave birth to a baby girl in August last year and is scheduled to resume her activities in June, has recorded studio session recordings including her latest unreleased cover on a high-quality stereo soundboard! This includes a cover of ELVIS’s famous song “A Big Hunk Of Love” with her husband Darrell taking the lead vocals from a studio live performance on BBC Radio 2 on April 3rd this year. Also included is “Kentish Town Waltz” recorded on a local FM station in Ireland in March this year, two Irish covers (with Dubliners) on an Irish Christmas special TV program last December, a studio live performance by the couple when they appeared on a French FM station in 2012, and a recording of a New Year’s Eve live performance in Dublin for a local FM station, for a total of 20 tracks!
