Description
From the 1972 US tour, the live performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on August 25th was recorded almost completely over 86 minutes from the newly excavated audience master released in recent years. The recording was released from the famous “JEMS” series, and was digitized directly from a newly excavated first generation mono reel. Therefore, it is hard to believe that it was 1972, and there is almost no distortion or deterioration, and the real feeling is wonderful. The original master was out of pitch by more than 1/4 tone, but it was carefully corrected. And it was truly a golden age, with a parade of representative numbers, and Rod’s solo “Gasoline Alley” and the encore “One Last Sweet Cheerio” and “I Feel So Good” were hardly recorded on live recordings from the same period, so it is a big point that you can listen to the precious live performance in full. Disc 1 : 1. Introduction 2. (I Know) I’m Losing You 3. Miss Judy’s Farm 4. Memphis 5. Maggie May 6. Stay With Me 7. Angel 8. Too Bad Disc 2 : 1. I Would Rather Go Blind 2. That’s All You Need 3.
