This is a complete recording of the countdown live performance at the Nassau Coliseum in New York on December 31st, which was the final day of the year, from the US tour after the release of the immortal masterpiece “The River” in 1980, in master quality and soundboard sound source. First of all, this album, which made the Boss’s existence known to the world, became a platinum album at No. 1 in the US and No. 2 in the UK, and is still considered a historic masterpiece by many fans. The two-year tour that accompanied the release of this hugely successful album was a large-scale one with 140 performances. Among them, this New Year’s Eve countdown concert, which took place from the end of 1980 to 1981, was a performance that ended with the year changing after the performance of “In The Midnight Hour”, and then “Hotaru no Hikari” was played, and then the familiar R&R medley was inserted until the ending, and it was a performance that was so hot that it could run like a raging wave.
