Description
This recording is from the band’s first appearance at the National Jazz Blues & Pop Festival held in Sussex, England on August 9, 1970, recorded from a decent audience master for the time. Although it is not complete and the quality is not good due to aging, it is a rare recording, as it was recorded around the time of the recording of “Yes Third Album”, when Steve Howe joined the band and Tony Kaye was on keyboards at this time. There are very few live recordings from this period, so it is very rare. And even before the release, it already features “I’ve Seen All Good People” from the third album, Howe’s “Clap”, and even an early live version of “America”, making it a valuable documentary gem. 1.
