From the European tour after the release of “Tales of Topographical Oceans” in 1974, the first day of the performance in Frankfurt, Germany on April 11th was recorded for 1 hour and 34 minutes from the good audience master at the time. Although the last two songs of Roundabout and Starship Trooper are not recorded due to the tape being out, the first three songs of “Crisis” and the second three songs of “Topographical Oceans” except for The Remembering are well recorded, and the quality is amazing for an audience recording of that era. In the middle of Siberian Khatru, there was a machine trouble with Rick’s harpsichord solo, so this part was played on the piano, which was a rare performance, and the flood of Mellotron sounds in the middle of And You And I were moving.
